The intention of the project was to interpret the under laying grammar of any painting and understand what makes it special and different from the others. What do we see in them that we are so attracted to them. It is said that man cannot create anything without meaning. Similarly how is that we can tell a story through these art forms.
A particular painting of Michelangelo was selected and analysed. It was found that the 3D feeling that the painting provides is what makes it special. The same was mapped for creation of a 3D space on a 2D plane.

This Space was then used to design an Interface area.

Now information was placed on the plane. The challenge was to place all the information on a newspaper on the plane and check whether users can make sense of it.

The results were particularly astounding as not only was all the news easily placed on the plane the test users could also easily make sense of the information displayed.
